Inspiration to celebrate life...by being determined to be happy

There are many ways you can celebrate life...by being happy, by letting go out stress, by being creative, by living simply...Life is uncertain; you will never know what will happen today or tomorrow! Lots of people think that life is granted until they loose someone; only then, they realize that life is precious and more shorter than they think.

Well, make a step aside and find the inspiration that will fit you the most to celebrate life!

Celebrate life by being determined to be happy

1- Be Yourself! Unfortunately, many people think they have to act like someone else to be happy. It is not the case; the best gift you can make to yourself and to be happy is to be simply yourself. If someone doesn't like you as you are, then maybe they don't deserve to be a part of your life. Not the opposite!

2- Your happiness is equal your ability to love! I think it says it all...

3-Remember, there is no such thing as the perfect life. Guess what... it is true! For example, do you think that being richer will make you more happy? Why? Because of all the things you would be able to buy? Of course, having money helps...a lot, I admit. But the fact is that they are many rich people who are not happy. Why? Well, sometimes it is because they don't have a family (no time for this, only thinking about work, work, work) and something it their lives is missing...something it is because even tho they are surrounded by so many people, at the final, no one is really trusted or can be considered as a true friend. Would you really know who are your true friends if you become rich? An other example; all couples fight once in a while. It is impossible- and not healthy I would say- to not argue sometimes with your lover. If you never argue with him/her...it must have a problem somewhere!

4-Change yourself instead of expecting others to change to meet your expectations....AND accept the things you cannot change.

5-Truly believe that everything you go through has a higher purpose.

6-Don't turn small problems into big ones.

7-Set limits with people who drain your energy.

8-Talk to yourself in the way which you would talk to someone you really care about and respect...AND develop the habit of positive self-talk.

9-Identify your greatest strengths, and then try to use these strengths in new ways.

10-Create a life list: a list of things you want to do in order to live life to the fullest.

11- Do something you‘re good at. The self-assurance you feel while doing something you‘re good at will translate to the next task you take on.

12-Set yourself up to have frequent, small wins. Instead of setting huge goals and telling yourself that you‘ll succeed once you achieve them, break your goals down into monthly, weekly, and daily goals. Each day that you achieve the daily tasks which will move you closer to your long-term goals, give yourself a pat on the back and allow yourself to feel satisfaction for what you‘ve accomplished. Recognize your small wins.

13-If you‘re feeling down due to a failed relationship, forgive and forget. You can‘t undo what happened, but you can stop dragging it around with you by refusing to think about it.

14-Keep a happiness journal: keep a record of things that make you happy so that you can do them often.

15-Have a small pleasure to look forward to every day: coffee out on the patio, going through a favorite magazine, visiting a beloved friend, baking cookies ., etc.
